Hi, I’m Elenil Deypalubos.
A Certified Athletic Trainer, classically trained dancer; personal trainer; climber; photographer; foodie; sister; daughter; friend; and so many things in between.
Some of my earliest memories are saying goodbye to friends after a Saturday morning ballet class before my parents and I would go on our latest adventure, always forever-captured through their artistic eyes by cameras or sketches. Dance and art thus set the foundation for my whole life — hard work, discipline, community, and patience are just some of the things that come to mind when thinking of my upbringing surrounded by visual and performing arts.
After finding a bulging lumbar disc at fifteen, I stumbled upon a sports medicine class in my high school while looking for the best ways to recover. This later led to working in climbing gyms; teaching and choreographing dance; and becoming an effective fitness coach while studying at Purdue University where I received both a B.S. in Kinesiology and a M.S. in Athletic Training. These experiences and studies have ultimately driven me to make exercise and injury prevention more approachable and accessible through my training and care.
Linking all these odds and ends together creates, me. Someone who wants to push you to move with the utmost care for your holistic well-being and dreams of helping you feel and look your best in every way I possibly can.
