The at-home program of your dreams. All you’ll need is a pack of resistance bands and 25-30 minutes of your finest motivation.
Most recommended for novice weightlifters or individuals looking for an easily accessible home workout option.

For 9 weeks, I’ll take you on a journey towards weightlifting comfortably, safely, and confidently.
We’ll learn how to get familiar with dumbbells, pick up a barbell like a champ, and set up the lifting foundation of a lifetime.
Most recommended for beginner to intermediate individuals looking to learn how to weightlift or clean up technique mostly on their own. This program is NOT consistent 1:1 coaching.
*Access to dumbbells and a barbell necessary. Gym access otherwise heavily recommended.
